What is dye sublimation?

Dye sublimation is produced by an image, text or logo being printed on to sublimation paper using sublimation ink.

The paper is then placed on to an item and heat is applied, turning the ink in to a gas, which attaches itself to the polymers on the t-shirt. As it cools, the ink turns from a gas back in to a solid state and goes in to the polymers with no edges being visible or touchable.

This means that you get a perfect copy of your image, with vibrant colours and a soft finish on the t-shirt. They have locked in colours that won't flake or peel off. The t-shirt can also be washed many times and the colours won't fade.

Our t-shirts are white and are of a high quality polyester/cotton blend which is very comfortable. We offer four adult sizes: small, medium, large and extra large (children's sizes available on request).
